I met up with Ashleigh, Matt and their fur child Nellie in the Gold Coast Hinterland earlier this month.
The Gold Coast Hinterland is always so beautiful, yet also unpredictable when it comes to afternoon showers! So as we pulled up in the car park, the rain clouds appeared and we were greeted with some magic Hinterland rain.
We headed down to our photo location and on the way Nellie made friends with a local dog, Ranger. As a result of this newly found friendship, we ended up spending the next hour with two fur babies instead of one! Luckily Nellie was incredible at keeping Ranger occupied while we snuck some photos in… and the treats were excellent at keeping Ranger occupied while Nellie had her time to shine in front of the camera.
Anyone who knows me knows any session involving pups is a good session, and this was definitely no exception! We had such a great afternoon hanging out in the mountains enjoying the views, unpredictable weather and stunning rainbows that came as a result.
I am SO excited to photograph these two lovers get married next year! But, in the meantime, here's a few sneaks of their Engagement shoot.
